By choosing to participate in Church of Soft Power programming and events, you are agreeing to the following:

Clients, Village in the Sky members, and community members at large (hereafter participants) who take part in programs and events organized by Church of Soft Power acknowledge, understand, and accept that they may be exposed to somatic healing modalities such as breath work, yoga, Qi Gong and other forms of energy healing that may include light physical movement as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction, and release of muscular tension.

The participant accepts and understands that taking part in these activities and events could result in physical, emotional and energetic release; and that verbal and physical adjustments will be given as suggestions. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. Church of Soft Power instructors and guides are not medical professionals. It is the participant's responsibility to consult with a physician or seek medical advice prior to participation in the class or session.

By entering any of Church of Soft Power’s spaces, I hereby represent and warrant that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally stable, and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the class or session.

I agree to take full responsibility for any risk, loss, claim, injury, damage or liability which I might incur as a result of my participation in this session. I specifically agree to indemnify and hold harmless of Church of Soft Power from all liability, costs and damages which might arise from participation in the session.
